Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the day it was concluded.

How to withdraw

Inform us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement, for example:

by e-mail to podpora@netvit.eu,
by letter to Various s. r. o., Tallerova 4, 811 02 Bratislava – Staré Mesto,
using the “Withdraw from contract” function in the confirmation e-mail or on the payment page of your order.

You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory. The deadline is met if you send your notice before it expires. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail without undue delay.

Consequences of withdrawal

We will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of the day we received your withdrawal, using the same method you used to pay (by transfer to the account the payment came from, or to your card), unless we agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees.
If, when ordering, you expressly requested that the provision of the service begin before the withdrawal period expires, you will pay us a proportionate part of the price for the period up to the day you notified us of your withdrawal. We will refund the rest.
If, at your express request and with your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal, the service has been fully provided before the period expires, the right of withdrawal lapses.
