Providing the data needed to conclude the contract (phone, e-mail) is a contractual requirement; without it, we cannot provide the service.
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell data. It is processed only by trusted processors that help us operate the service, on the basis of a data processing agreement:
- a server provider (hosting in Germany, EU),
- an e-mail delivery provider (EU),
- an SMS delivery provider (EU),
- an external accountant.
When you pay by card, your card data is processed directly by Stripe, which is an independent controller; we have no access to your card data. When you pay by transfer, the data is processed by your bank and our bank (Fio banka). We may also provide data to public authorities where required by law.
If data were transferred outside the EU (e.g. in the case of Stripe), this takes place only on the basis of safeguards under the GDPR, in particular standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
4. Cookies
The website uses only strictly necessary technical data: a language cookie, a form security token, and the light or dark theme setting stored in your browser. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, so we do not require consent.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send your request to podpora@netvit.eu; we will handle it within one month.
If you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR (Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, www.dataprotection.gov.sk.
6. Security
We store data on servers in the EU, with encrypted connections, encrypted backups and access restricted to authorised persons only. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
